 This was a good strong running engine removed from a Badger excavator when it was purchased. It was stored under an overhang and covered with a canvas. Pulled it out about a week ago to start it. Turned right over but then stopped. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the problem was due to a rotor being stuck. One broke (see picture) when I forced the rotation via the damper pulley nut. I removed the broken parts and  the engine started right up but only runs at idle with  black smoke.  Included is  the hydraulic pump and a hydraulic tank not pictured. This local pickup only. I have the equipment to load a trailer, truck etc. If you have any questions please ask.
