He is nolonger around so I have been cleaning house and found this in a box with other RF items. Item does have some discoloration from something coming in contact with it. The box did have some signes of water stains but they might clean off with some kind of cleaning solution. Item does not have any packaging and I do not know who the manufacturer is.
