FREE SHIPPING. 3M™ XYZ / Isotropic Electrically Conductive Adhesive 9712. I bought this brand new A few years ago but it never got used. Roll is in tact. Carbon Fiber Conductors, Acrylic adhesive. Datasheets available on 3M website, just google 3M 9172 & you'll get it. 5 mil thick tape on 4 mil thick release layer. Data Sheet claims <25 Ohm contact resistance but just with simple ohmmeter probes I measure ~100 Ohms. On a larger sheet it will probably measure in the < 25 Ohm range.  This product is special order only and has a long lead time. It cost new almost $400 and took 5 weeks.
