This is a used Martin Decker corporation Model 4 gauge.  I am not sure what it does.  There seems to be some sort of hand pump that maybe pumps oil into the gauge, and possibly builds pressure.  Then there are some other tools with it.  It is all in a wooden case.  The hinges on the box need some screws put in.   The one picture with the 1 gallon jug shows how big this is.  It is also quite heavy.
