42 x 60 Pole barn Frame and Quality Tin Roofing We are dismantelling a 500 x 42 foot wooden pole barn. Because very few people in this world need a 500 foot barn we are selling it in sections. This includes everything you need to reconstruct a 42 x 60 foot section of the building, including the heavy guage tin which is in like new condition. We will stack and wrap all the materials to re-construct the section of barn as it was. The front and the back of the building are not included in the sale but are available for purchase. We also have heaters, fans, lights and a bunch of electrical controls that purchasers may be interested in. Feel free to contact us with any and all questions. We are able to sell larger and smaller portions of the barn. If you are serious I will place a private auction to your specifications. Materials included in a 42 x 60 foot section of existing barn structure:: 60 ft section 13 - 42' pole to pole 45'' in total length wooden trusses 26 - 4x4x 10 pressure treated posts 78 2x4 x20 purlins 12 2x10x10 pressure treated 42 22 x 3 foot heavy guage tin 60 feet of tin ridge cap These building materials are used. The building has been used as a chicken barn and then as batting cages. The trusses, the tin roofing materials and the purlins are in excellent condition. Most of the other materials are also in excellent condition. Some of the 4x4 posts and 2x10's are in good condition. See photos. How you chose to utilize the materials is up to you, they can be reconfigured in many ways. What we are offering is what you need to build a solid structure,with a roof that should last beyond a lifetime if taken care of properly. You will not find a better deal. We no longer need the structure as we plan to plant sod. We also have heaters, lights, fans, wiring, and electrical controls for sale.
