Small cabin, frame contruction with "log-to-log" siding inside and out. This is not a light duty yard shed, as most small or portable cabins are, but built like a small house. 2x6 stud walls, 16" oc, full headers in all door and window openings, 4x12 laminated ridge, 2x8 rafters, roof sheathed w/ 5/8" plywood (not OSB), 2x10 floor joists 16" oc, rim is doubled 2x's, 3/4" t&g OSB subfloor, glued down to floor joists on installation. Built on 6x10 skids to allow for transport. Walls are insulated with R-19 fiberglass, unfaced with heavy mill plastic vapor barrior inside, all edges taped, all openings tight, sheathed outside in 7/16 OSB, tyvek (all taped and caulked edges), then "log-to-log" siding. Fully plumbed in Pex, fully wired in 12 ga romex, set up for propane stove and heat. Has custom built bluestain pine hutch style kitchen cabinets with under cabinet lighting, largest under counter refrigerator available, mediun size propane kitchen stove with oven. Bluestain pine bathroom wall. Bath has full 36" shower, 40 gal electric water heater, vanity, toilet, and small storage shelf area. Cabin has propane wall furnace in the 30,000 BTU range with milivolt thermostat (no electricity required to function). Has nice lighting, ceiling fan, Jeld Wen "premium" vinyl windows in beige color, with low E glass. Ceiling is pine 1x6 tongue and groove, as is the finished floor (w/5 coats varathane finish). Roof is dark green steel, titanium underlayment, with ridge vent and hidden eave vents (at stepped facia juncture).   Originally projected price was $32K. I don't think it could be replaced it for the current price. Circumstances have encouraged a reduced price.  Transport is extra. Prefer to sell in the Cody Wy area or within 400-500 miles. Should be set on either block or concrete foundation or (8) concrete piers. Site must be ready upon delivery.  Would make a great guest cabin, weekend place, hunting cabin, beginning place on new property. Storage lofts could be built in the ends, an addition could be built on one side for extra living space as needed, the window could be converted into a door opening. More pictures to come.
