As pictured and stated, Meltric receptacle and Plug barely used at a G.E facility. This set comes with the plug pre wired to fit nicely into a 480 volt 60 amp disconnect as this is where i removed it from. As the head electrician at G.E I talked them into using these as they are one of the safest on the market and you can easily replace only the parts you need as apposed to the entire unit.
