Phase Converter device is not included in this sale. We have seen some property owners are un-aware that "3-phase" & "Neutral" are present in their premise, they assume their premise's 110V is single phase based. Check main panel, if you have 4 wires from outside, then you have 3-phase & "Neutral" (white-marked) connection, and you just need to call your electricity/power company and activate/verify "3-phase" and "neutral" services are active or not. If "3-phase" & "neutral" are present, then usually those cables are distributed throughout the premise. Each 110V device is actually on a different phase & using common "neutral", and total load around premise is balanced in that way. Many premise/owner actually never uses/used any actual 3-Phase devices. Micro daily fee may be charged by power company for 3-Phase service. And even one 3-phase device can save so much electricity and reduce so much bill, that such micro fees are negligible. It is also possible, an (older) premise have only one phase & "neutral" connection, then phase converter device is required for running 3-phase devices. • 3-Phase devices are generally around 33% more efficient than Single-Phase devices, that means, 3-Phase devices generally use 33% less power for handling same work-load, than similar Single-Phase devices, so your electricity bill will be around 33% lesser. • *** Pickup location has no truck docking station/level, its on ground+street level. Other solution, (b) Buyer may/can rent (or use their own), (#1) a load truck with LiftGate (can be rented from such as: EnterpriseTrucks, UHaul, Penske, or search in yahoo or google "Rent Truck with Liftgate", etc, and mention your city name after those four words). Once HVAC is on the liftgate stage, then liftgate mechanism can raise it from street to truck level, (or a mini Fork-Lift Vehicle can raise it from street level to truck level) and place it inside truck.
