This tool set was purchased at an estate sale and looks like it has spent most of its life in its previous owners garage. From all research it is the Xcelite TC100ST Attache tool case info here: http://www.apexhandtools.com/onlinecatalog/Technical_Specifications/TC100ST_Specifications.pdf It has slight wear on the case and no key is available for locking. All tools are in amazing shape with almost no sign of wear, or use for that matter (the electricians knife is still wrapped in plastic).
