Four (4) are NEW and still in the sealed plastic bags inside their box, although the boxes are a bit worn from storage and I'm calling the remaining three (3) USED because they are no longer sealed in their plastic bag inside the box and one (1) of the three does not come with a box. ALSO, please note, although they do make a piercing noise, it's not as loud as I expected.
