# 7618 Santoku Knife. 6.5-Inch High Carbon Stain-Free Blade Granton Edged Blade (Air Pockets) Textured White, Highly Visible Polypropylene Handle Impervious Blade to Handle Seal NSF Approved Dish Washer Safe This knife is stamped factory seconds and I bought it at the factory (see 9th photo). You can see that the person who etched it did a pretty bad job, but it's purely a cosmetic thing. I looked this knife over and over again and I still am not sure why this knife was deemed a "second".  Because other than the poor etching job, I can't find anything else wrong.   Maybe it's discontinued?  Maybe there is supposed to be a name imprinted on the handle (see photo #8)?  I do not really know, but it's a cool little knife. Women will love this knife.
