English Lavender Orpingtons are gentle gorgeous birds. I am offering 6 fertile hatching eggs plus shipping cost. My birds are out of Charles and Jody Hinkle line, Priscilla Middleton and Sacre lines. Orpingtons are excellent dual purpose chickens, as they can be raised for meat, but are also productive egg layers. Because of their feathering, Orpingtons withstand cold weather and keep laying eggs through the winter. They are not flighty and make good pets. The eggs you are getting are from the birds on the pictures. I have them housed separately, there is no chance of getting mix breed chickens. I purposely took the picture where you can see an average sized chicken behind the fence, so you can compare the size difference. ***I do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, only the lower 48 States. I only ship eggs that were collected the day before and the day of shipment. I only ship Monday through Wednesday, to make sure the eggs don't end up sitting in a post office over the weekend. My hatching rate is excellent, but I cannot guarantee the hatching rates once the eggs leave my house. It all depends on the handling and your incubator. I make sure to wrap every egg separately in a bubble wrap and mark the outside of the box to be handled with extra care. Once your eggs arrive I recomend letting them sit at the room temperature, pointy side down for 24 to 48 hours. Please leave feedback based on how fast the eggs are shipped, and how well they are packed. The payment is expected within 48 hours after the auction ends. The eggs are shipped by the postal service, expedited Priority Mail, 2 to 3 day service. I accept PayPal only. Please feel free to ask any questions you have regarding the auction PRIOR to bidding. I have been buying fertile eggs online for quite some time, and hatching rate really depends on the way the package is handled. I had much better luck calling the post office to hold my package there and picking them up myself, than having them delivered. I do not offer refunds or accept returns. I do not ship free replacement eggs. I will put extra in the package if they lay them in time for me to ship. Please be aware of any bad weather in your area before bidding. I can add heat pack for extra charge, you just have to let me know. You are responsible to find out what the weather will be.
