Presale: Ships within 30 to 45 Days Friends, I got these Reb Williamson Albany's from James Ferrell. He got them from Reb Williamson. James is an old friend of my Grandfather's. He has been having some health problems, and needing to get rid of some birds. These came out of his brood pens. Any of the shows he has been to to for a number of years, he has been winning a very high percentage. Usually when people talk about Albanys the favorites are either the Reb Williamson or the Johnie Moore's. One thing most people don't know is that Johnie Moore originally got his from Reb Williamson. These Reb Williamson's are very uniform beautiful birds pea-combed and yellow-legged. I have a friend from California that his grandfather went to Arkansas several times to buy birds from Reb Williamson. He and Reb Williamson are pictured below. My friend told me that his birds look exactly like mine. It looks like that I had picked them up off of his yard. We have bred selectively for gameness and shear beauty. I try to keep my grown birds in a minimum of 200 sq. ft. of pen space per adult bird unless they are in moveable pens that can be kept on fresh grass. They are well fed prefering grass, garden scraps and bugs in the summertime. They are extremely healthy and well taken care of. The rich woodsy bottom land I live on seems particularly conducive to raising strong healthy fowl. I am a member of the National Poultry Improvement Plan tested Pullorum Typhoid Clean. Eggs are sold for agricultural, exhibition, breeding and other legal purposes only. This auction is for 7 + eggs from 3 different brood pens of pure Reb Williamson Albanys. We have a limited no. of eggs for sale this year. My birds are hatched from brood hens and I have about an 85% hatch rate. I will guarantee these eggs are fertile and no more than 3 days old when I mail them. I can not promise hatch-ability because of a wide range of variables in hatching eggs. We try to do our part by wrapping the inside of the box in Aluminum foil and packaging the eggs extremely well in bubble wrap. Currently from the buyers I have heard back from over 99% of my eggs have arrived unbroken. From the last hatch I had too many roosters to keep so put an ad on Craigslist and got two buyers and a call for more. I will probably need to bid again.
