This is a big fast PMT that was a spare part for a high speed liquid scintillation detector. It has a lower meg ohm range VD chain for higher speed detection compared to the 80-100meg chain for typical survey instruments. It has a spare socket so making your own high meg voltage divider would be trivial, just get yourself a bunch of 10 meg resistors and some 4.7 to 10nF at 1kV capacitors.
