One (1) each, 8 by  3 inch Turner. Round Corners. High Heat Cool Blue Handles withstands heat up to 500F. SaniSafe by  Dexter Russell. Designed to be rugged for use in a professional kitchen. Can be used to "turn" any meat, eggs or even cake. Brand New but not in the original Hang Package. It is stamped "factory seconds" and has some blemishes on the blade. But because it was put in a bin with other turners, it has several scratches on the blade. Less than you would get after only a few hours on a griddle. I pick over the "seconds" at the factory. If there is anything wrong with them other than blemishes, I do not buy them. Photo #1 shows the blemish at the top, middle of the photo. Photo #2, bottom left. All the other photos show the surface scratches.
