This is a Tiny House on an 8x20 flatbed trailer. It is completed and livable. There are still some things that need completion like storage places, etc., but I have lived in it for 2 years.  This is not one of those tiny houses that is lacking the basic necessities to make it livable.  It's got everything you need; toilet, shower, washer/dryer, full size fridge, stove and oven, kitchen sink with running water, and microwave. Tongue and groove pine on the walls and ceiling.   Two-in-one washer and dryer with a closet above. Bathroom with a regular toilet and a full size shower. Loft above the bathroom and closet. 7 feet long x the width of the house (about 8 ft) Kitchen at the opposite end from the bathroom. Includes an RV stove and oven (propane), sink with running water and on-demand propane water heater, full size refrigerator, microwave, and a mobile island. Split unit A/C with heat pump for heat/cool Overall, this is well-built with the best floor plan I've seen in any tiny house! The design with the bathroom and kitchen at opposite ends provides for a large open living space in the middle making it feel more spacious.
