Abbott TDX Bench top Centrifuge20 Place Rotor This bench top centrifuge is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. There are no surprises in this auction. This is a nice centrifuge, ready to use and I guarantee it will not be DOA. Comes complete with the Abbott 20 place rotor. This is a very capable machine with a fixed speed of 10,000 rpm, adjustable timer (1-5 min), and safety lid lock. Another nice feature is the push button start,with this feature set the timer for length of time you want and just push the start button. Very nice feature if you have a bunch of the same length tests. The appearance is very nice. I have fully tested all functions and features and everything is working exactly as it should. I confirmed the speed at 10,000 rpm with my photoelectric tachometer. I ran this centrifuge a bunch and it works just fine. The safety lid lock is working to prevent the lid from being opened while it is still spinning. The power cord is nice. The rotor is complete.
