International shipping is available. This auction is for an ACMI American Ultrasonic Lithotriptor USL-1 unit that is being sold as a parts/repair item. Although it is designed to function normally, there is an issue with the power switch or relay, which means that the unit must be manually held in the "ON" position for it to operate. The footswitch activates the unit once the "ON" button is depressed. The "Probe" LED lights up yellow during operation.
