has opt 1e5 and 1ee , which are upgraded super stable timebase option and the frequency extension option for the millimeter modules so you can convert this up to 110 ghz with the right millimeter extension set !  83751B signal generator  sweeper . 2 ghz  20 ghz.  with internal am / fm /   pulse / scalar modulation capability ! more pics up soon. this has had the rack ears removed. this is the one of the generators that works with the newer revision  tam modules to automate cal the 856xx and 859xx series spectrum analyzers,etc.... output flatness is right on the money ! works great,I give it a grade B+ very good condition.  this one has the front rf sma 3.5mm output  . tested for min and max unlevelled power as well as spurious and harmonics  and passes spec tested signal into my spectrum analyzer  shown in pics for flatness on sweep and  cw's great , amplitude accuracy is within spec and   signal output is clean and within spec for phase noise and signal is stable.there are no spikes in the noise floor so ytos are clean. checked all specs and well within limits. comes with a brand new nist traceable cal cert and sticker.  we have tested this with our phase noise meaurement system , which we also sell , if interested for 100$ for 856xx series analyzers. this passes well within the limits. for returns, you must pay shipping both ways.
