This is a pair of the Millimeter-Wave Extension Modules for the Agilent Keysight N5250A, N5250C, and N5251A 110Ghz VNA Systems, as well as the N5260A Millimeter Wave Controller. These modules can be used with the Agilent E8361A/C opt H11 with N5260A to make an N5250A or C 10Mhz--110Ghz Network Analyzer System, or the new N5227A with N5261A to make an N5251A. We have had these modules tested by one of our university customers, and they are fully functional. You are buying the following: Agilent N5260-60003 T/R Module with Attenuator and N5260-60013 Combiner Assembly and Bias Tee Agilent N5260-60004 T/R Module with N5260-60012 Combiner Assembly and Bias Tee Agilent N5260A Millimeter Wave Controller All Interconnect Cabling between the millimeter heads and the N5260A The Combiner Assembly allows you to make full band measurements from 10Mhz-110Ghz in a 1.0mm coax connector. The combiners can also be removed if you need to make 67-110Ghz measurement in waveguide. The 1.0mm connectors are in great shape with little signs of wear. The previous owner of these used these heads in a probe station, so these have not been used and abused. We will warranty these for 90-days, but will not cover misuse of the 1.0mm coax due to how sensitive they are. This unit has been fully checked in our lab and is guaranteed completely operational.
