OSHLUN non-ferrous metal cutting saw blades have been designed with a triple chip tooth grind and precision ground micro grain carbide tips. The specially formulated carbide lasts longer and leaves burr free cuts in all types of non-ferrous metals, such as: aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, and even some plastics. The 10" and larger feature copper plugged expansion slots for reduced noise and vibration while the 7-1/4" features heat vents for cooler operation.

Merit Grind-O-Flex flap wheels are useful for grinding cleaning, and polishing on metals, plastics, rubber, and wood while the flexible construction reduces the chances of gouging and marring the workpiece. Coated abrasives have individual abrasive grains spaced at a predetermined distance from one another. This is a closed-coat disc.

These are very slightly less than a 1/16" thick. They measure 1.5" x 18.25". They are easy to work with and are a 3003 type aluminum.
