This is a sale of a HK Porter HKP Tool Number 8960FH, 29-1/4" Ratchet-type, Hard Cable Cutter. This tool is used but the blades are in good shape without any nicks in the cutting edge and it ratchets properly. Former owner scratched name in it, but there's no material damage and it's in good shape overall.
Here is a PELL HYDRASHEAR P-1125 cable or wire rope cutter. Used for cutting steel wire rope in rigging, crane & shovel repair, highway snow plow attaching cables, most any steel cable industry out there. I assume it could be used with aluminum and copper, but you should check with the manufacturer to be sure.
