American 4 5 6 8 inch Combo Reclamation Gem Gold Dredge This is an American Made Custom Engineered 4, 5, 6, and 8 inch Combination Gold Suction Dredge with unmatchable recovery! The Dredge - Sluice Box is extra large with Over Six Feet Long and 24 Inches Wide and has about 10 Inches to play with at the end of the 6” header box. However, it completely disassembles to fit into the back of a pickup truck or trailer, no other dredge does this of this size & caliber. Also, this enables you to pack it into the back country and have an Unmatched advantage. And, for its size, it is very light weight because it’s constructed of Aluminum except for its iron riffles in the box (you could replace them with aluminum if desired). This is the ultimate Dredge for the Professional or Dredger that is looking to for Maximum Movement of Material and Complete and Thorough Recovery and Processing. Details: There are 4 Pontoons for easy mobility and maximum flotation. Most people can stand on the pontoons of a dredge of this caliber without damaging them. They also feature removable plates on the ends to add or remove flotation material based on your needs. Being that it’s constructed of aluminum it can be polished and/or painted to shine like custom wheels if desired UNlike marlex or plastic dredges. Dredge was a joint effort between OC Engineering & an individual with a team who demands to be anonymous; as do some persons do that take mining seriously/professionally. It will cost you over 60k for a new replacement of a custom dredge this caliber. If you don’t believe it, take a look at the starting prices of Industrial & Reclamation Dredges that don’t have all the options and extras this one has, nor do they have the capability dredge in so many classes. You’ll find their starting prices are 30-40k on up for new. This is not a standard keene or other dredge that goes for 10k and up new. Have been offered a DeLorean that was used by and displayed at the Motion Picture Association in Hollywood, CA for this dredge. The actual run time hours on the dredge body itself is approximately 30-40 hours. However, the motors, pumps, hoses, regulators, matting supplied, are all brand new/unused. This dredge has 2 NEW / Dual Engines: Briggs & Stratton 319cc 13 FT-lbs of Torque @ at only 2500 R.P.M.! Each one are 8 HP 4 Cycle. Each one has a ONE Inch Threaded Shaft, Super Heavy-Duty. 3 Inch Bore. 2 3/4 Inch Stroke. Made with Pride in America: Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This dredge has 2 NEW / Dual Pumps Each is an American Made Keene P280 Pump Capable of 200+ feet of head lift. Pump size is 2.5" x 2" Each Pump has a capacity of Approximately 400+ Gallons Per Minute(GPM, head lift, & Cubic Yards/Gallons Per Minute can be more with increase in horsepower- modifications available) Approximately 50 Feet of Unused/New 6" (not pictured) Diameter Super Heavy duty American Made Suction Hose (stronger than what Keene offers). This hose is thick, made to handle the most abrasive and jagged material. It cost around $70 a foot, for a total of over $3500 worth of hose. New American Made Keene 40 feet or more of 4" Diameter Heavy Duty Suction hose. This is the original American hose, not the Chinese version. All new American Made High Pressure Hoses The dredge is currently set up as a 6” and 4” combination dredge but is also designed to be a 5” and 8" with an 5” / 8" Hose (not included) and 5” / 8" Power Jet Log / Flair (not included), or another way is for 5" just simply put a reduction ring on the 6" nozzle, or just use a 5" nozzle and attach it to the 6" hose with a fitting instead. As stated and pictured the Jet Log is included, but It will need a jet flair for the 6" mode if you don't already have one, there about $300 from keene or your favorite supplier. Or you can fashion up your own if you have the skills, and you can have some 6" pipe for free. You may also need some fittings/hardware that can also be found at mining, hardware, plumbing, or industrial supply stores. In 4” mode it is less than half the size as it only uses 2 of the 4 pontoons and has an aluminum custom made dredge box, Dual Jet – Power Jet log, and header box. Dual 263 Hookah Compressors (adding a second one for free, for a total of 2) with Teflon Pistons can support over 5 Divers. (This enables you and others to dredge under water without an air or scuba tank dragging you down) Oversized Solid Air Reserve Tank in case of an emergency shutdown/pump failure/out of gas so you still have air when in deep or trapped conditions. New Dual Air/Diving Hoses with fittings. Federally Approved Air Breathing Hoses 20 Feet Each in Length! For your Safety, they are bright yellow to help avoid accidents with watercraft or tangles with others. They also help your partner easily locate you for assistance or an emergency. New Regulators Dual Safety Air Snorkels & Filters for 263 Compressors to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
