As a result, we offer four speedy delivery services. The details for these can be found below. 1) FedEx UK Delivery - Next working day delivery Most of our items are sent out on a next working day delivery service. As long as the item offers this option, it will be with you on the next working day providing the following terms are met- -The order is made before 1pm. -The transaction is completed before 1pm. -The order is to be delivered to a mainland UK address. Obviously if the delivery address is in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands, it will take longer than one working day. However, it will be sent out on the fastest service that we can offer, which typically takes 1-3 working days. PLEASE NOTE -The service provided is a next WORKING day service. As a result, items will not be delivered on Bank Holidays. Furthermore, Bank Holidays will delay the delivery of orders if they are made after the cut-off point. -A Saturday delivery may be available if you contact us before 1pm on Friday. Please note that the cost of this is ?11.05 (if the delivery is ?3.95) or ?15 (if the delivery is usually free). - s made on a Friday before 1pm will be received on the following Monday. - s placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. 2) Royal Mail - 2-6 working day delivery. In addition to this service, a lot of our lower priced items are sent via Royal Mail. This is often free and usually takes 2-6 working days to reach our customers. Please note, this service will be delayed during Bank Holiday periods. 3)FedEx European Delivery - 2-7 working day delivery Where available, some of our items are eligible for delivery to Europe. This usually takes 2-7 working days. Please ensure to include a contact e-mail address and phone number which we can pass on to the courier. Please note, this service will be delayed during Bank Holiday periods. 4)FedEx USA Delivery - Next working day delivery Where available, deliveries to the USA are NEXT WORKING DAY providing they are are ordered before 12 Noon (GMT). Any orders placed after this period will be sent out the following day. -Items under 2kg and of a smaller size typically cost ?12 to deliver. -Items of a larger size and weight can be ?20 upwards. On some occasions packages can be held at customs. This can typically take 2-3 days to clear and cannot be prevented. If this happens, Skatehut cannot be held responsible. About Us Contact Us Delivery Details Returns Policy Payment Returns Policy If you are unhappy with your order in any way, you may return the unused item/s to us within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in a new and unused, with all tags and packaging included. All returns are checked by Skatehut before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer. Refunds can be provided within 7 days of purchase, exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You will have to pay for the return postage, but we will send the exchanged item to you free of charge, on receipt of the original goods. If the wrong item has been sent out or if the item is proven faulty after an inspection by ourselves, then we can refund up to ?10 of your return postage. If you wish to return an item to us please notify us via eBay first of all.
