Damaged pallets. If your shipment shows visible signs of damage, immediately ask the driver to inspect the contents with you. Then write a precise description of the damage on both your copy and the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt. 1) Keep all original packing together as the carrier may require it to process the claim. 2) Take clear photos of the pallet/item before offloading. 3) Send all photos to us via eBay messages & provide a short description on what is broken.
