For sale today is a time tested workhorse. This Challenge Machinery Co, papercutter is an older model produced in 1983 and still works as well as it did the day it was built - maybe better - some things work better after they run for a while and smooth out. I tested it on a thick phone book and it sliced it like warm butter.
