Baileigh TN-250 Tube and Pipe Notcher TN-250 Trick-Tools is an authorized Baileigh dealer who stocks TN-250 notchers. We can ship the same or next business day. The TN-250 is one of the most versatile hole saw notchers on the market today. The unique radial vise clamping system allows for clamping tubing from 1" to 2.5" OD in any location, including the center of a bend. Hole saws are supported on a massive 1-1/4" OD shaft, which also includes a replaceable hex insert for attaching to a standard 1/2" drive drill. Offset copes of up to 1" can be accomplished by raising or lowering the cutter assembly. Features: Capacity of 1" to 2.5 " OD 230º of angle adjustment All CNC machined Radial vise clamping system allows for clamping in the center of a bend Can offset notch up to 1" vertically 1-1/4" Ground & Polished Stainless Steel shaft Sealed needle bearing shaft support Easy mounting: Bolt or clamp it to a table or simply clamp it in a vise Can use 3" deep hole saws Requires an ordinary 1/2" hand drill  NOTE: Normally a stocked item, if not, lead times may exist.
