I am about 99% sure this pump has never been used because there is no rust or calcium build up anywhere on the stainless steel, 1/2" NPT valve. In this part of TX if you connect to a water source (aside from RO) you are going to have calcium sediment showing. There is just a few cosmetic scuff marks on the pump itself, probably from being moved around on a shelf.
