The machine's main structure is made through computerized laser cutting machine for precision and accuracy. This polyester ball fiber filling machine, with the item no. BF-1, has a dimension of 12000*4100*3100mm, a power of 31.2kw, and runs on 3 phases voltage. With a capacity of 180-240kg/h and 2 filling slots, this equipment produces ball-shaped fiber that can be easily filled into bags. The machine comes with 2 ball fiber main machines, a transport blower, a double slots filling device, and a PLC control box. Optional parts include bale opener. The adjustable size of the fiber balls allows for customization according to the user's preference. It is equipped with a PVC conveyor belt and an auto clamp for a more efficient filling process.
