Auction includes imprintor and a package of 50 sales slips (plate not included) Package of 50 special truncated sales slips which are compliant with all state credit card number truncation laws.  The Data Systems 4000 is a very popular model because of its low selling price. It makes a decent imprint and is ideally suited for light use or as a backup for your electronic credit card terminal.    The 4000 uses two spring loaded impression rollers, one for cards and one for your merchant plate. These rollers can be adjusted if needed to improve the quality of each imprint.    The Imprinter Plate (NOT included) for this model is considered a Standard or Universal Plate. You can have up to 5 lines of information with up to 25 characters per line.      Imprinter Sales Slips (included with this auction)     Imprinter sales slips have a special pressure sensitive coating on top of the first copy that will show the card information when pressure is applied. The second copy is your customer’s receipt and is also carbonless.     Our Truncated Sales Slips are designed to show the full card number on your copy, the top copy, so that you can save all of the information about the sale and enter it later when you have access to an electronic card entry method. The Customer’s copy, the bottom copy, only imprints the last 4 digits of the card. This way a customer can easily check which card they used, but if the receipt is lost or stolen no one will be able to use the card number fraudulently.
