Bausch and Lomb Phoropter Prism Accessory Sorry, but other than that I really can't tell you much about this.  I haven't found an application for it clinically, but for the serious B&L collector, this is a rare "must have". As you induce vertical prism in the right eye, a inversely proportional amount of horizontal prism is generated in the left eye. For example: no prism OD, dial reads 10^EX OS, at 5^ LH OD, OS reads 9^EX at 10^ OD, OS reads no prism If you can explain the application, I'd be very curious. Gears turn smoothly and freely, lenses are perfect.
