Up for auction is a very good condition used Baxter SP155G – M1826 donut fryer with a Belshaw Type B Depositor/Dropper. Fryer has been converted to use with LP gas; but can convert back to NG before shipping if preferred by buyer. Does NOT include oil filter, but can accommodate one and is pre-wired for one (plug and switch) I have used this fryer and depositor personally and it works great. Heats up quickly, with a quick recovery time. Easy to drain and clean. Comes with used Belshaw Type B cake donut dropper/depositor. Includes bowl/hopper, 2” regular donut (ring) plunger and 1.75” donut hole (balls) plunger, along with 2” cylinder and 1.75” cylinder. Includes mounting column and swing arm as pictured. Works smoothly. Everything you need to make cake donuts (rings) and donut holes. We had hoped to be able to setup our own donut shop, but it doesn’t look like that dream is going to happen. Manufacturer’s specifications: Baxter’s gas fired fryers are not only energy efficient, but have excellent short time recovery. They are impossible to swamp under any practical application, and are safe and sanitary. The crumb tray keeps your product clean. The large radius tank corners make cleaning very easy. They have all the safety features you need, and comply with the Underwriters Laboratories, BISSC and National Sanitation Foundation requirements. Our tests, laboratory and in the field, prove this infra-red fryer to be the most efficient on the market today. CONSTRUCTION: Type 304 stainless steel throughout the exterior and baffle areas, with aluminized steel-back cover, flue, and control box. Nickel-plated screens Fiber ceramic infra-red burner High temperature insulation. STANDARD FEATURES: COVER/DRAINBOARD: The cover comes mounted on the right but may be quickly mounted on the left if desired. The drain angle is adjustable without tools. CRUMB TRAY: The enclosed crumb tray is specially designed to allow oil to circulate and still remove virtually all foreign matter at the same time. When used oil is drained, this tray may be removed, washed, and re-installed without losing the dreg into the frying compartment. TANK: The tank is constructed with all coved corners for easy cleaning and to comply with the strictest sanitation requirements. The wide top edges are sloped to allow extra foam area and ample insulation around the unit. The bottom is sloped for ease in cleaning and to prevent distortion at required temperatures. BURNERS: The fiber ceramic burners emit infra-red heat consistently across the bottom of the tank. This type of gas heat is economical and very efficient. In our testing we have found this configuration to have a much faster recovery than any of the popular competitor’s models. CABINET: A sturdy square tube frame and insulated stainless steel walls make up the body of the cabinet. The walls are drilled to accept a Belshaw doughnut cutter (right or left). The control box is located behind the door at the side of the oil filter storage area. The legs are stainless steel and are supplied with adjustable feet.
