BEcom-Proofer Humidifier Description: BEcom-Proofer Humidifier BE-CL 2000 STD Humidifier units ensure optimum humidity and temperature for quality dough fermentation. This unit has a special steam generator, with automatic control. The fan which is located on top of the device is blown toward the proof box, delivering consistent heat and humidity. BEcom Air Wash System Electric Heated Up to 5 units can be connected to the same control panel for larger rooms Shipping: Bakery Equipment.com reserves the right to ship via any responsible carrier. All shipping expenses are payable by the buyer and will be included for payment on the final invoice. Any claims arising as to shipping charges shall be resolved between the carrier and consignee. It will be cleaned inside and out. It will be run tested in our shop. It will have all of its “osha” guards. It may or may not have new paint and/or electrical components. It will be mechanically and electrically tuned-up to just the basic level. Bakery Equipment.com only warrants equipment shipped within the United States of America. Bakery Equipment.com guarantees that the equipment will be in working order upon installation. Installation must be performed by an authorized Bakery Equipment.com service agency. If an item sold by BakeryEquipment.com, Inc. does not work upon delivery and cannot be fixed, BakeryEquipment.com may in this case offer an in-store credit for another piece of equipment equal to the value of the item in question. Equipment is sold with a 30 day parts warranty. Bakery Equipment.com will only pay for parts that are deemed necessary for the proper operation of the unit.
