This is a beautiful used Berkel 823 commercial 1/4 h.p. deli meat and cheese slicer. Formerly belonged to an owner/operator of 17 delis in and around Chicago who told us it was purchased as a back-up unit in case something went wrong with a slicer in any of his stores.
