1 Pc. Bison-Bial Brand New 12" "Self-Centering" 3-Jaw Forged Steel Body Scroll Lathe Chuck, w/Two-Piece Reversible Hard Jaws. This Chuck is rear mounting, plain back chuck that would need to be mounted on a backplate and then onto a lathe. Backplate is not include with this chuck. Please contact me for type of backplate you need & I will help you out. Each chuck is provided with: 1 Set of hard master jaws 1 Set of hard top reversible jaws 1 Chuck wrench 1 Set of mounting bolts 2 Hex keys Forged steel body 3 Pinion design 3-Jaw Self-Centering Scroll Chucks Forged Steel, High Speed Extremely accurate, and guaranteed to maintain exceptional accuracy for an extended period of time Chucks have a modern and compact design Able to fulfill the highest demands of our customers, and are used whenever high precision machining is needed Chuck Body Drop forged of high grade steel and then put through precise machining operations All bearing surfaces are carefully hardened and precisely ground Scroll Plate Drop forged of fine quality alloy steel, and carefully case hardened Thread flanks are ground on both sides Each scroll is balanced Jaws Made of fine alloy steel Teeth and Guides Hardened and fully ground on both sides Pinions Hardened and ground fine alloy steel Bushings Made of fine alloy steel Hardened and ground, then pressed into the pinion seats Precision grinding of scroll plate and jaw teeth allows you to: Eliminate the possibility of deformation as a result of heat treatment Reach uniform radial gripping force on all teeth of jaws Increase guarantee period for high centering accuracy Increase the gripping force Each chuck is provided with a lubricator enabling current maintenance, and extending the life of chuck components Each scroll chuck is assembled and statically balanced to high tolerance levels Interstage and final inspections assure high quality Check other sizes available 3-Jaw Self-Centering Scroll Chuck/ Two-Pieces Jaws Principal Dimension-Back Mounting Chuck Diametere D F E d C H h Adapter Mounting Bolts Thread M L No. of Bolts
