I do not recall what I was going to do with this, only it has been on the shelf for some time. I see it has a little cracking in the bolt hole area, this is made of white metal, one stud is chipped out, but I think helicoil would hold, and one other hole needs a helicoil too. Both have threads up inside, the other two look ok.
This is a real nice original Webster Type K oscillating magneto for a hit and miss gas engine. It has several applications in the gas engine world. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind except that it needs two oil cups for the bearings on each side.
Here is a hot IHC brass magneto up for auction. It has been cleaned and magnets flashed and a new repro band added this past summer then shelved. Little wear showing on the base threads but usual and expected; trivial in my books.
This Webster tri-polar oscillator has 2 magnets and is marked on the band Type K26. There is a small 3/8" crack on the top of the brass band. The armature turns.
This is a manually operated, cam driven, jaw type crusher which is operable with any 1/2 inch square drive bar; weight is 16lbs. The drive bar is not included. The useful jaw opening is 3” wide x 1 3/4 “.
