Aloris AXA-4 boring bar holder Manufacture refurbished For Boring bar up to 3/4 inch diameter or with 3/4 inch shank

Armstrong No 00B (Maybe 008 or OOB?) 1/2" boring bar holder, shank is 3/4" x 5/16". It has an Allen head screw to secure the boring bar, which I'm not sure is original, but it works fine. Someone has tightened this in the tool post way too hard a couple of times, causing the top, and to a lesser degree, the bottom, to mushroom.
