The spindle runs on a powerful 8 HP motor and offers a speed range of 5,000-30,000 RPM with a taper of 25 and nose-to-table-top dimensions of 4.75-14.75". The tool changer station holds 6 different tools and chip-to-chip time is only 14 seconds. Additionally, the graphite protection of the fully sealed enclosure ensures quality and longevity. The machine measures 40x62" and the control panel measures 22x25". The Bostomatic BD-12G Graphite CNC Mill VMC from the year 2000 boasts impressive capabilities and features. Equipped with a 3200X control, this machine offers a great X-Axis Travel of 15", Y-Axis Travel of 15", and Z-Axis Travel of 10". The table area comes in two sizes, with the usable area without the dust box measuring 16x13" and with the dust box measuring 13x10". The table capacity can handle up to 165 lbs. With rapid and contouring feed rates of 600 IPM each, your work will be done efficiently. The Bostomatic BD-12G has impressively high accuracies, with a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.00075 and repeatability of +/- 0.00060 per ISO standards.
