This is an EP-1132 Eprom programmer from BP Microsystems.  When I say it's complete in box, I'm 110% serious.  Here is what is here: The Box that BP Microsystems shipped this in to an engineer at Boeing The EP-1132 Programmer in the plastic wrapping and it's in mint condition.  Clean, no scratches, etc!  It looks brand new. The manual. The registration card. The software for the programmer on 5.25" disk. The catalog of BP Microsystems products.  The business card for BP Microsystems. The DB25 Parallel cable that came with it. The errata pages that show which chips it supports to program. A page from Boeing's internal listing of the engineer, Dan N. Huynh, who owned it. I googled him and he even listed as the primary inventor for one of Boeing's patents...  Cool! I've used this unit a couple of times and it worked fine.  It is a parallel port programmer so you are going to need either a Parallel port DOS / Windows based systems.  I used a Windows XP system and it was fine.  I figured if you are looking at this then you are either a) nostalgic or b) into these things have the proper setup. I've got a set of the BPSoft and BPWSoft programs that I used to work this thing.  If you need the software I'll post it up for you to download. This is a real programmer and if you see the other ones listed it's for the device only, nothing else.  With this one, you are getting everything that came with when it was shipped to Boeing for use!  You don't see these this complete, well..., ever!
