Groen Steamer HY-6E Groen HyperSteam HY-6E electric two compartment 6 Pan convection steamer is one of the top steamers on the market today. The HY-6E is designed specifically to handle and dispose of the high fatty proteins in foods. What that means is the HY-6E is perfect for cooking seafood, fresh and frozen vegetables, poultry, starches and reheating prepared foods. Cooking at less the expense of a boiler unit this is one of the most flexible convection steamers available to the food service operator. The Groen HY-6E has a free venting drain to eliminate flavor transfer, a powerful steam generator, side mounted blower, automatic fill and drain and a no hassle no element deliming because the electric heater is not immersed in water.
