As part of its SKYWAN Compact package, ND SatCom offers a set of highly integrated Radio Frequency Transmitters (RFTs). Units of the RFT 2000 series are equipped with an L-Band interface having a bandwidth of 500 and 575 MHz for Ku- and C-Band respectively. This series is available for 3 and 4 Watt in Ku-Band, 3 Watt in shifted Ku-Band as well as 5 Watt in C-Band. The RFT 2000 series is operating ideally with SKYWAN IDU 2000/2070 and is certified in accordance with IEC 60950. The RFT 2005 Ku-Band Transmitter is a small and lightweight component. It performs block up-conversion from L-Band into Ku-Band. It provides a single N connector interface for the modulated L-Band signal, 10 MHz reference signal, and 24 V DC power. The operational status of the RFT 2005 Ku-Band Transmitter is controlled by the SKYWAN IDU 2000/2070 by selective enabling and disabling of the 10 MHz reference signal. o?° o?°›o?°?o?°±o?°?o?° o?°so?°?o?°›o?°?
