This is in excellent condition with minor wear from age and use. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL ITEM AND IT IS ABOUT 75 YEARS OLD, AND IT IS STILL IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. IT HAS BEEN KEPT ON THE ORIGINAL FOLDER SO ALL THE PIECES ARE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. ITS LIKE THEY WERE NEVER USED. THE ENVELOPE THEY ARE KEPT IN DOES HAVE SOME DAMAGE ON IT AS SHOWN, BUT IT DID ITS JOB WELL AND KEPT ALL THE PAPERS IN GREAT SHAPE. NONE OF THE PAGES OR PAPERS HAVE ANY WRITING ON THEM.
