It powers up, and the digital display is bright and clear, and I was able to adjust the timer settings, and I hooked it up to my air compressor, and when I pressed the foot switch, air was emitted from the dispensing nozzle for the time set on the timer. However, this is the extent of my testing of it, and it is being sold as-is. It will include a power cord, a foot switch, a stand, an air hose, and a dispensing hose, as shown, but no other accessories are included. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 9"L x 9"W x 12"H.
