This lot includes a Warner Electric Ball Screw Linear Positioner with a Warner Electric Dana ERS-42 Holding Brake (24VDC, p/n 5151-170-002) and a pair of THK Linear Bearing Slide Rails, each with two SR15 Bearing Blocks, as shown. The threaded section of the ball screw is about 54 inches (1372mm) in length, and it provides approximately 50-3/8" of travel. The screw has an outer diameter of about 1 inch, and a pitch of 1/4 inch (4 threads per inch). These items look to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear, and the rails and bearings slide smoothly. The rails have a little discoloration where there bearings were sitting in place for a while, but this does not affect the smooth travel of the bearings. I hooked the Holding Brake up to a 24VDC power supply (not included), which released the brake, and the screw turned smoothly. The rails are each about 1537mm in length, and about 15mm wide. The height of the slide rails (rail + bearing) is about 24mm. The tapped holes on the bearing blocks are 26mm apart along the width and length (measured from their centers). Sold as-is.
