       circa 1901 Catalog/Booklet from the Standard Dry Kiln Co. of Indianapolis--titled 'Good Reasoning on Wood Seasoning'--describes and specs their Lumber and Brick Drying Kilns, as well as their line of transfer trucks/cars for rail track lines---considerable description of the process and machinery--testimonial pages offer a glimpse of the wide spread lumber milling industry and the names of the companys--exquisite bit of Arts & Crafts period Industrial Art on the front--80 pgs/4 1/2 by 5 5/8 in.--extremely rare at this point in time.      some wear-back cover missing and the last thirty or so pages were stuck at the top and have consequent chipping/paper abrasion though most text is still legible: fortunately this was all in the 'testimonial' section.      Each week we post a number of interesting items that have been purchased from Oregon Estate Sales-shipping can be recalculated and combined with multiple purchases-please let me do the calculating for combined shipments before paying.                                                                Thank you for visiting our site.    Free Local pick-up is an option.
