This item up for auction is a used Cadco Unox Anna Countertop Convection Oven. I won this item as part of a lot in an auction from a closed down shop in the food service industry. This item was working great when removed from service and Still works great now according to the shop owner and the auction company. I do not have the power requirements to test this item myself. I have a long history with this auction company and they are right on the info they give me 97% of the time. Because I cannot test the item myself I am selling it for much cheaper than I would otherwise. So you have a 97% chance of getting a great deal.
