This mixed lot of vintage lab ware came from a surplus auction of equipment at the University of Alabama Pathology Dept. I have checked them all, and the screws and adjustments work in all of them (some may be stiff). Many are Fisher Castaloy brand, but not all of them.

This lot of 2 vintage ring stands came from a surplus auction of equipment at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Pathology Dept. They have a heavy metal type base painted white on the bottom with perhaps an enamel coating with metal rods which are 22" tall. Bases are approximately 8"x12".

Use this A-base support stand for supporting larger lab equipment or when a more stable stand is needed. The cast iron base weighs more than 1.2 kg (2.7 lb) and has a black chemically resistant coating. The base legs are about 20 cm (8") long and form an "A" 15 cm (6") wide.

Here are 3 each used cast iron beaker lab glassware support rings. All are 12" long and ring size at 4 3/4". They have some surface rust which is common on these cast iron rings.

The rings are cast iron with a handsome enamel finish. The set screw is nickel plated steel. Accepts rods upto 12.5mm.
