these area used and you are getting a set of four - they each have two grease zerk on them to oil the bearings( one for wheel and one for castor) the base plate is 4 x 4/12" the wheel is aprox 2" wide x 3 1/8" around ask other questions you have!! shoes are sold on consignment so i have to go by the sellers asking price. i do understand shipping costs are high now and i do go by the post office prices.
