This set features insulated tools that are tested to 10,000-Volt and rated for use up to 1000-Volt AC and 1500-Volt DC. The TR-9ELK tool set contains nine basic insulated tools needed to safely work on live parts. Included in the kit are 3 pliers; a lineman's, needle nose and diagonal, a wire stripper/crimper, and 5 screwdrivers ; 2 Phillips and 3 flat heads. The tools are securely organized in a black tool roll.
