1. Liquid cooled 26" belljar with motorized hoist control and view-port 2. Cryogenic pump, (Cryo-torr 8 cold head with compressor) liquid cooled. 3. Inficon programmable deposition controllers (2) with manual remote control 4. Liquid cooled Airco STIH 270 4- pocket electron beam gun with crucible indication 5. 10KV electron beam power supply 6. Filament evaporation source with power supply 7. Substrate heating capability to approx. 150 deg. C 8. Internal belljar lighting 9. Ionization gauges and controller for belljar and cryopump 10. Thermo gauge for belljar 11. Autotech II valve sequencer 12  3 position variable speed planetary drive pallet system with external control 13. Substrate flipper devices with multiple evaporation angle settings 14. Automatic independent shutter control for both evaporation sources, interlocked to deposition controller. Can demonstrate with serious buyers only, by appointment.  Please email with all questions that you have and I will respond immediately.  I will gladly ship this equipment at the buyers expense-domestic or international.  This equipment comes with owner manuals.  Spare 10kva power supply included.
